We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Bongo & Bubbles Hand Drawn Portraits. In order to avoid unhappiness with your purchase, I will always contact you to ensure you are happy before I package and post it to you. Please read our return policy carefully. 

Custom & Personalised Orders

As our portraits and personalised items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on custom pieces unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Personalised Items

For non-personalised items (such notepads and bookmarks), you may return them within 14 days of receipt in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
